Once Upon a Time
The storytelling cards turned this into a whole family activity — my kids finished the 100 pieces and then spent another hour inventing adventures for the characters around the village. The panoramic scene has so many tiny details that we keep noticing new things each time we build it.
My niece finished the puzzle and then spent another hour rearranging the 48 illustrated cards to tell her own version of the village story. The pieces are thick and fit together snugly, so it survives being rebuilt over and over.
The storytelling cards turned this into our new bedtime routine — my daughter picks a character from the finished village and we make up a tale around it. The panoramic scene has so many little details we keep spotting new things each time we rebuild it.
