My daughter has been giving her stuffed bunny checkups every morning since this arrived, and the little wooden pieces feel sturdy enough to survive it. It's sweet watching her be so gentle with her "patients.

The little stethoscope and pretend syringe have survived weeks of my son "operating" on his teddy bear, and the wood still looks brand new. I didn't expect a toy vet kit to actually get him talking about being gentle with our cat, but here we are.

My daughter has turned our labrador into her full-time patient and checks his heartbeat every morning before breakfast. The wooden pieces are sturdy enough that they've survived being dropped on the tile more than once.
